Can I link both Bluesky and Mastodon profiles?
Yes. You can connect any combination of handles. For example, on the Creator plan, you can connect five Bluesky profiles and five Mastodon profiles.
How do I upgrade or change my plan?
You can manage your subscription directly in your account settings. If you upgrade, the system calculates the remaining balance of your billing period and updates your account limits immediately.
Do you offer a refund if I cancel?
We offer a 14-day refund policy for all paid subscriptions. If you want a refund, email billing support at support@silkysips.com and our team will process it.
What happens if a post fails to publish?
Creator and Pro plans include automatic retry queues. If a social network is temporarily down, our system schedules retries to ensure your post goes out.
