1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using silkysips, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

silkysips is a scheduling and publishing tool for social networks (currently supporting Bluesky and Mastodon). The service allows you to compose posts, upload media attachments, and schedule them to be published automatically at future dates.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use silkysips, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

We are not liable for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

4. Content & Acceptable Use

You retain ownership of any content you post through silkysips. However, by scheduling posts, you grant us the necessary rights to transmit and publish your content to your connected social channels.

You agree not to use silkysips to publish content that:

• Violates the community guidelines, developer terms, or API policies of connected platforms (Bluesky, Mastodon).
• Is illegal, defamatory, abusive, harassing, or constitutes spam.
• Infringes upon any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines or misuse the service.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Some features of silkysips may require a paid subscription. All transactions and checkouts are managed securely by our third-party merchant of record, LemonSqueezy. Payments are billed on a recurring subscription cycle (monthly or annually) and will automatically renew unless cancelled.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with LemonSqueezy’s terms and policies.

6. Service Modifications & Beta Status

silkysips is under active development. We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any parts of the service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any changes, price adjustments, or service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, silkysips is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scheduled posts will always be delivered exactly on time. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. When we make updates, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
